Shipping Policy

We accept same-day delivery via Lalamove or Grab (to be shouldered by the buyer), as long as orders meet our 12 NN cut-off, excluding Sundays.

For standard delivery, we partner with Gogo Xpress as our main courier.

  • Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
  • Provincial areas: 3–4 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions (e.g., typhoons), holidays, or courier delays.

To request a refund or replacement, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (with date clearly indicated)
  • A clear unboxing video showing the product’s condition upon arrival

Defective Items

Usage Concerns (Within 3 Months)
